Preserving Scottish Artistic Heritage in Guelph and Surrounding Areas
At R.C.H.D.A., we are dedicated to promoting and fostering the rich tradition of Highland dancing in Guelph and the surrounding communities. As a group of passionate volunteers, we share a common goal: to celebrate and preserve Scottish artistic heritage through dance, education, and community involvement.
Through competitions, events, and local initiatives, we aim to support dancers of all ages while honouring the history and culture that make Highland dancing so special.
For the 2026 Anna Cann Memorial Competition on Saturday May 30th 2026.
Registration for Primary, Beginner and Novice will open at 8:30 am and dancing will start at approx. 9am.
Primary dancers will start with 16 PDB, Beginner and Novice will start with Lilt.
Registration will open at 11:30 am for Afternoon dancers. Dancing will start at approx. 12pm with the Fling
